	WAMBERAL – Architect designed contemporary – chemical free home. All materials used in this 480sq metre stylish residence were selected to comply with the client’s request for a toxic free environment. Building materials used were Alabaster faced blocks, concrete, glass and colorbond roof.
	KILLCARE HEIGHTS - This architecturally designed tri-level contemporary beach home was a technically involved project, as it sits on a very sloping block. The most innovative lightweight building materials were selected by the builder to suit the contempory design, the harsh coastal environment and the ‘extreme bushfire’ location of the dwelling. Finishes are of the highest quality. A spectacular house in a spectacular position.
	HOLGATE - The owners fondly refer to this amazing art studio as “The Holgate Chapel”. As a professional artist, the owner had a clear vision of the studio he wanted to create but needed a builder who was capable of realising his dream. The inglenook fireplace is a work of art in itself. Dufton Building were able to deliver on the level of unique finishes required. This was a very satisfying project to be involved with, as the end result speaks for itself.
	TUMBI UMBI - This versatile and extremely attractive family home combines features of the rural surrounds with a contemporary feel. The house is rendered brick with hardwood posts and verandahs. The house is built on bearers and joists, ensuring excellent airflow under the house, easy inspection and allows for further design change at a later date if desired.
	HOLGATE – Architect designed 450sq metre home with terracotta oxide rendered finish and hardwood cladding; timber framed dwelling with slate grey colorbond roof. Inside, the 3.6m high ceilings are v-jointed limewashed pine lining boards. 6” wide blackbutt floorboards and hardwood skirtings and architraves complete an individualised high quality finish.
	AVOCA BEACH - This Moroccan inspired design originated from an old fibro house that was virtually gutted to make way for the new dwelling. The house has wonderful curved walls, custom made doors throughout and high ceilings and tiled floors. The garage extends onto a dedicated artist’s studio with ideal light flow. A truly unique house which was a pleasure to build.
	LISAROW - A 250sqm double storey extension and re-design totally transformed this house. Timber windows, brick matching to the original design and re-roof in colorbond completed a true country dwelling.
	CEDAR BRUSH CREEK - A true country home with Cypress Pine weatherboards, timber verandahs and timber chair rail height panelling. High ceilings, cedar windows and timber floors create a warm and welcoming environment.
	TERRIGAL - Originally an old fibro shack on a steep block, now transformed into a stylish contemporary light and airy home. Decks with stainless steel balustrades complete a true coastal image.
	HAWKS NEST - The Boathouse – a dedicated holiday rental house was created with spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 deck areas. Ceilings are white painted v-jointed pine to create a true nautical feel. Blackbutt floorboards and high ceilings with fans ensure a cool, coastal summer feel. A true beachhouse.
	HOLGATE – This eclecticly designed house has both Mexican and santa Fe features. The house was designed to accommodate a large home business and has a purpose built office with built in joinery. It has 2 wings which would make it perfect for a dual occupancy situation. It is currently proving to be perfect living space for parents and teenagers who can co-exist peacefully. Large verandahs and outdoor nooks provide opportunities for entertaining or a quiet read.
